1.3 Services: “Services” include but are not limited to travel bookings, guided tours, transportation, accommodation arrangements, sightseeing activities, and any additional offerings by Atithi Explorer.

2. Booking and Payment:

2.1 Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Atithi Explorer. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking without assigning any reason.

2.2 Pricing: All prices quoted are in the specified currency and may be revised without prior notice due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.

2.3 Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the services. Reservations are confirmed only after the agreed payment is received.

2.4 Currency Exchange: Atithi Explorer is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or fees charged by financial institutions. The customer bears responsibility for any additional costs arising from currency conversion.

2.5 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies vary by package and service. Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for specific details. Refunds, where applicable, are processed as per the policy timelines.

3. Travel Documentation:

3.1 Passport & Visa: It is the customer’s duty to ensure they have a valid passport, visa(s), and other travel documentation as required by the destination countries. While we may offer general guidance, Atithi Explorer is not liable for issues such as visa denials or document rejections.

3.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly advise travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, health emergencies, personal liability, and loss or theft of belongings.

4. Travel Itinerary:

4.1 Itinerary Accuracy: While we aim to deliver accurate and detailed itineraries, certain changes may occur due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. Atithi Explorer will strive to provide suitable alternatives without compromising the overall experience.

4.2 Health and Fitness: Some tours or activities may require a certain level of physical fitness or involve risks. It is the customer’s responsibility to evaluate their health condition and consult a physician if needed prior to travel.

5. Travel Conduct:

5.1 Legal Compliance: Travelers must adhere to all local and international laws, customs, and regulations during the journey. Atithi Explorer will not be liable for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.

5.2 Cultural Respect: Guests are expected to be respectful towards local customs, communities, traditions, and the environment. Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to the termination of services without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1 Third Parties: Atithi Explorer acts as an intermediary between the customer and various service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for issues arising from third-party actions or negligence.

6.2 Personal Risk: We are not responsible for personal injury, health problems, accidents, death, property damage, or other incidents occurring during the trip unless caused by our direct negligence.

6.3 Lost Belongings: Atithi Explorer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your travel. Please take necessary precautions to protect your valuables.

7. Force Majeure:

Atithi Explorer shall not be held responsible for service interruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, political unrest, strikes, or any unforeseen event that affects our ability to operate.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
